Things I learnt to do well
I am used to concentrating and fully delving into what I am doing. Therefore, it is important for me not only to do my job well, but also to improve as a worker and as a person.
Programming
I am a solid developer with confident skills in pure Javascript and HTML/CSS, as well as with the knowledge in NPM, Git and UI/UX principles. I understand how websites work, how to optimize them and make it sufficient and profitable.
Frameworks
I have expierence with different Frontend frameworks such as Vue and React as well as Design framework (Bootstrap, Tailwind and Bulma). Understanding structure and framework inner mechanisms I can confidently use and optimize any of them or quickly learn a new one.
Communication
I speak well with a team (not only developers), and have expierence working solo, though. I can always find the right words and convey my thoughts clearly. I boldly put forward suggestions and speak directly about difficulties.
Expierence
Thanks to my experience working with different types of projects, I understand the clients' requests well, even when they are not clearly expressed. Also, thanks to working as a freelancer, I understand each stage of the project well.
About me
My peronal traits
- Concentration. Having many years of experience working both in the office and at home, I have mastered the principles of remote work. Thanks to the ability to maintain concentration and small but regular breaks, I can work completely comfortably in online and offline positions with the same efficiency, closing tasks on time.
- Education. I have a solid foundation of professional programming training and numerous courses on related topics, and I also try to not only maintain but also update my technology stack every year, following the trends and tendencies of industry development.
- Learning. One of my principles is to always learn new things. I often learn in preparation and work on projects depending on the client's needs. Not afraid of new challenges - I look for a way to satisfy the client's desires, and do not solve problems through the easy paths I know.
- Self development. As a professional, I am also growing personally. I am always open to new ideas and people, I take criticism seriously and am used to building trusting relationships based on respect. I respect the work culture and try to improve it, using the experience of each new collaboration.
